The "Rotary Stocker" is a vertical automatic rotating shelf that stacks shelves vertically, allowing warehouse and factory spaces to utilize storage space up to the ceiling height. To retrieve items, simply input the desired shelf number. The shelves rotate like a vertical circulation parking system, transporting items to the retrieval point. We would like to introduce a case study of the logistics system implemented at Maruko Alarm Co., Ltd. The company faced challenges due to its production and sales being integrated, with factories and warehouses dispersed across multiple buildings on the premises, leading to horizontal transportation issues between buildings.
